Huge portion of fried carp fish. Fish was perfectly fried, with generous fresh and tangy ‘Matah’ chili sauce on top.
Iga Babi Tiga Rasa IDR 158k
This is one of the signature and Must Order dish at Pala Adas. A portion of pork ribs with three seasoning, besides ribs they also provide pork belly version which would be more tender and flavorful. We chose ribs than belly because it has less fat and less sinful.
Each portion consist of Sweet Soy, Green Chili and Rica-rica seasoning. Pork ribs was tender and well seasoned, my favorite would be the brownish sweet soy seasoning.
