Itacho is a well known sushi restaurant especially at Singapore and Hongkong and they recently opened its first outlet in Indonesia.
In comparison to other sushi chain at Jakarta, Itacho offers plentiful choices of Nigiri style sushi with various fresh toppings with competitive price with price range IDR 6k to IDR 670k (abalone sashimi), besides nigiri sushi they also have roll sushi, gunkan sushi, sashimi, hand roll or temaki, chirasi, grill menu, deep fried menu, salad, rice, etc.
Most of the sushi at Itacho are served in small portion of 1 or 2 pieces of sushi either nigiri, roll or gunkan sushi, AnakJajan find it very convenient for us so that we can try many kinds of sushi without over ordering.

Great texture of sushi rice and fresh raw fish with delicate and springy texture. Size of the toppings was pretty satisfying, it was not as thin as and as small as other sushi chain.

Me likey! We love the aburaage or deep fried tofu bag they use here, it was thicker than the usual we found.

If you are not not comfortable with raw sushi, you can try their Roasted sushi, nigiri sushi topped with various roasted toppings just like roasted salmon sushi below. The salmon was lightly roasted and still manage to maintain its tender texture.
Sakura Mini Don ISR 58k
Sushi rice topped with fish roe, zucchini, octopus, salmon, tamagoyaki. Very nice.
Tiger Prawn with Curry Roll IDR 74k
Sushi roll with tiger prawn tempura filling and toped with funky flavor of curry topping that reminded us with the taste of wasabi.
Talking about the service, three of my friends who visited Itacho at different times complained about their slow and bad service but we didn’t experience any of that, the service was fine and prompt. It’s either they are improving or it was not too crowded.
Overall AnakJajan were satisfied the taste of sushi here at Itacho, the quality and freshness itself was quite good. Let’s Jajan!!
