Japanese food always excites me. AnakJajan recently visited Fuji restaurant, this restaurant has been opened not long ago and it offers traditional Japanese food with premium selection of sake.
Fuji restaurant used to open their restaurant at Pluit Village mall but they recently moved the restaurant to new location which is at Istana Sahid apartment located right besides Citywalk Sudirman.
The menu selection is plentiful you can find many kinds of traditional Japanese menu such as shabu-shabu, nabe, kamameshi, bento, sushi, salad, sashimi, teppanyaki, chirashi, yakimoho, gohanmono, etc.
Sukiyaki Nabe IDR 80k
The sukiyaki name consist of thinly sliced beef, vegetables and tofu cooked in sweet tasting broth.
Fuji Sashimi Moriawase IDR 125k
This special set of sashimi is only available every weekend, it consist of Toro Kanpachi Maguro Scallop Ika Amaebi, all of the sashimi were very fresh, it has this nice sweetness and crunchiness typical fresh sashimi texture has.
Salmon Butteryaki IDR 85k
Tender soft cooked salmon seasoned with addicting savory buttery sauce, no wonder this menu has become one of their best seller. Must try!
Broccoli Itame IDR 35k
Same with the menu above, the brocolli also cooked with buttery sauce that made it very addicting.
Kama Teriyaki IDR 65k
Although this one didn’t look as appetizing as the other menu, but this one definitely stole our hearts. Soft and tender fish head grilled to perfection with their homemade teriyaki sauce. We enjoyed the homemade teriyaki sauce like a lot! It has a nice composition between sweet and savory flavor.
Overall, Fuji restaurant offers plentiful choice of Japanese food in affordable price, looking forward for another visit. Let’s Jajan!!
