Tuna Salad with Japanese Radish Sauce IDR 65k, Black Angus Beef Tataki with Soy Truffle Sauce
Salad seasoning was similar (radish sauce), only the beef tataki added truffle sauce. Both salad was good and refreshing with fresh ingredients, but I like the tuna one better.
Fried Fish Ball with Shrimp and Scallop IDR 85k
Juicy fish ball inside with shredded crunchy wonton skin outside. AnakJajan love the sauce they drizzled in it, sweet and sour homemade tomato sauce.
Spaghettini in Garlic Oil with Spicy Cod Roe & Japanese Mushrooms IDR 138k
This dish was simply delicious, perfectly cooked al dente pasta with simple yet hearty garlic oil seasoning and a lot of nori flakes.
Risotto in Ikasumi Sauce (arrow squid ink) IDR 88k
The risotto was purrrrrfect!! Risotto and squid was perfectly cooked with well seasoned rich creamy squid ink sauce, squid ink was really fresh without fishy smell at all. So good and addicting, AnakJajan highly recommend you to try it.
Spaghettini Pescatore IDR 148k
Huge portion!! Spaghetti was cooked with fresh homemade tomato sauce and plenty of assorted seafood such as tiger shrimps, clams, green mussels and squid. All of the seafood was sweet, fresh and cooked perfectly, it goes really well with the light tomato sauce.
Black Angus Sirloin Beef IDR 198k
Black angus sirloin beef was served with vegetables, potato gratin and three types of sauce: wasabi pepper sauce, porcini sauce or ginger sauce. Wasabi pepper sauce was really unique and one of a kind, all of my foodie friends and Mr. Jajan love it so much, but I still prefer the ginger sauce since I’m not a fan of wasabi.
Chocolate Profiterole IDR 68k
Pana Cotta & Berry Sauce IDR 58k
Pannacota has the right amount of sweetness but texture wise still improvement, because it was lack of the silky jiggling-jiggling texture like usual pannacota.
Banana and Strawberry Tiramisu IDR IDR 68k
Banana and strawberry tiramisu was really good. Smooth and light texture and not too sweet at all.
Overall, AnakJajan enjoyed the food at AW Kitchen especially pasta and risotto. The staff was well trained and polite, music and ambiance also really nice and cozy. Let’s Jajan!!
