Aoyama Flower Market is one of the famous flower shop you can easily find at Tokyo – Japan. Everytime I walk pass an Aoyama Flower Market shop, I will always stop for a while and feast my eyes with those beautiful flowers they have. I just simply love the decoration and flower arrangement there.
If you happen to visit Harajuku or Omotesando area at Tokyo – Japan, I recommend you to stop by at Aoyama Flower Market because there’s a gem hidden inside, a Tea House. Not far from Harajuku or Omotesando, Aoyama Flower Market Tea House located near the intersection between Omotesando street and Aoyama street, or if you use Metro Subway just go to the Omotesando Station (Metro) exit A4 and you’ll find it right across exit A4.

AnakJajan was amazed with how this Tea House is beautifully put together inside a flower shop, we cannot stop ‘awwwhhh-ing’ and admiring it. It was Peony flower day that day so the entire tea house was decorated with the lovely peony. They even use transparent glass table and decorate it with fresh flowers beneath the table.

Since it is a tea house, they only serve tea and no coffee, but besides tea they also provide juice, mojito, beer, soda and wine of course.
Tips:
1. Ask for english menu. Most of the restaurant including Aoyama Flower Market Tea House provide english menu.
2. Free water. During our trip at Tokyo – Japan, I think almost ALL of the restaurant/cafe/eatery provide free water to drink, so you can save your money by ordering food only.

By ordering the food, you can get a special price for the drink 540 Yen, just pick any drink you want except mojito, beer, orange and sparkling wine. They have quite a lot of tea to choose from herbal to seasonal, and we chose Rose Tea.

Flower French Toast 918 Yen
French toast at Aoyama Flower Market Tea House is simply one of the best french toast we ever had. Toast till perfection with rich yet light creamy flavor on it. Sooo good!!

Flower French Toast was served with fresh fruits, fresh cream and vanilla ice cream. You can also order the french toast only (without fruit & ice cream) for 756 Yen served with fresh cream, honey and cinnamon powder.

If you want to have a heavy meal, Aoyama Flower Market Tea house also provide main course such as sandwich or beef stew.

This one also really nice, consist of vanilla ice cream, rose jelly, fresh cream, strawberry jam, cake, and rice crispy. Perfect combination between light and refreshing flavor from the rose jelly, strawberry with the creaminess from ice cream and cream. The texture also interesting crunchiness from rice crispy, silky smooth from cream and ice cream and jiggling-jiggling slick from the jelly.

Overall Aoyama Flower Market Tea House is such a hidden gem, a perfect combination between the sweets, tea and ambiance. The staffs also very friendly so don’t hesitate to ask them to help you taking photos. Let’s Travel!!
