When you are around Pluit – Muara Karang North Jakarta area and you are craving for seafood, you should visit Mr. Crabby and Friends.
Mr. Crabby and Friends is a seafood specialized restaurant. It’s located not very far from A&W Muara Karang, you can easily follow the map we provided below. The interior inside this restaurant is very casual and fun with dark wooden furnitures, tin walls, deep blue and red color combination.
Here at Mr. Crabby, there are four special choice of seafood including Crab, Mussel, Prawn and Crayfish served with potato and corn. As for the sauce, Mr. Crabby offers 4 types of sauce, Captain Mix, Black Bomber, Chili Honey and Garlic Lover with 3 level of spiciness Mild, Spicy or Dynamite, at this moment they are also providing special limited edition Singapore Chili sauce.
Spicy Honey Chicken Wing IDR 44.5k
This bowl of chicken wing is seriously no joke!! The fried chicken wings were evenly coated with their special spicy honey sauce. The sauce was so so soo good! Sweet savory with a lil bit of spicy kick, fingers licking good! A must must have starter.
Crab with Captain Mix sauce
The crab was fresh, sweet and full of meat, super satisfying. The Captain Mix sauce is their best selling sauce here, it has a bold flavor with strong savory spicy flavor. As for the spiciness, we opted Spicy (medium) level, it was spicy and hot but still manageable for us.
Fluffy Mantou IDR 5.5k/pc
Besides rice, fries or corn, the must have side dish is their Fluffy Mantou. Dip these soft pillowy fried buns into the sauce to soak all of the goodness.
Mussel IDR 58.5k with Chili Honey sauce
Fresh mussels were cooked with sweet chili and honey sauce. It was more comfortable and didn’t taste as strong as the other sauces, with this sauce I can focus more on the sweetness of the seafood itself.
Btw, all of the seafood here are cooked with potato and corn. The corn was soo sweet and juicy, it has been a while since the last time I enjoyed corn like this.
Prawn IDR 64.5k with Garlic Lover sauce
The prawn was perfectly cooked, very sweet and juicy. It was cooked with our favorite sauce called Garlic Lover. The sauce was INSANE!! AnakJajan never had this kind of sauce with seafood, it was unique, taste freaking good, full of garlic & spices goodness and buttery. Super Recommended!
Crayfish with Blackpepper sauce
Crayfish was fresh and cooked with their signature blackpepper sauce. The blackpepper sauce was thick and very rich, it has a super bold and strong savory flavor.
Overall AnakJajan had a real satisfying seafood meal at Mr. Crabby, all of the seafood were fresh and cooked with great seasoning. We couldn’t stop talking about when we will be visiting again. Let’s Jajan!!

Another new restaurant at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK area), Mottomoo Hamburg.
As a house of Japanese Hamburg, Mottomoo serves Japanese style western food or western food with Japanese flavor twist from Appetizer, Hamburg, Rice Dish and Pasta with price range IDR 10k to IDR 150k. It’s located at Pantai Indah Kapuk area right next to Cake a Boo.
Wafu Salad IDR 30k
Refreshing salad with lettuce, shimeji mushroom, carrot, cherry tomato and wafu dressing. The seasoning was refreshing and tangy but a bit too sour, actually we don’t mind the sourness if they add a lil bit of sweetness for flavor balance.
Omurice Demi Glaze IDR 68k
Omurice consist of tomato fried rice with chicken and mushroom and then topped with omelette drizzled with demi glaze sauce. AnakJajan were quite happy with this dish because it has been a while since the last time we found Omurice in Jakarta and we never had omurice with perfectly cooked soft tender omelette here in Jakarta but this one at Mottomoo was good and quite similar with the one we had in Japan although in Japan the egg is more runny and orange.
Hamburg Gratin IDR 99k
House made hamburg with freshly grind Australian Black Angus Rib Eye with no fat added served with bechamel sauce topped with mozarella and parmesan cheese. The hamburg was juicy, tender and seasoned nicely. Under the hamburg there was spaghetti, it was a bit overcooked and not al dente anymore. Btw you can order rice and miso soup to go with the hamburg with additional IDR 15k.
Overall the meal at Mottomoo were quite satisfying and the food concept is different and definitely something new from other restaurants at PIK area. Let’s Jajan!!

I love to cook, but being super busy I don’t have much time to cook anything complicated, that’s why I always love how a meal can be whipped up in about 15-30 minutes.
Pizza is one of the food that I crave frquently and it usually happens in the middle of the night which kinda troublesome to order pizza delivery and we all know making our own pizza is quite difficult especially on the dough.
But now it is no longer an issue because I have an ultimate pizza recipe that took less than 30minutes to cook and prepare which is Tortilla Pizza.
If you love to cook but you don’t have much time or you hate trying complicated dish then I’m sure that you’ll love this recipe as much as I do because it’s so simple, easy, fast and tasty of course.
This time instead of using regular tomato base sauce I tried using WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste for extra flavor kick. Having the non preservatives, gluten free, no coloring, trans-fat free and food allergen free WORLDFOODS sauce stock at home is really convenient, the sauce is very versatile and can be used to cook any kind of dish easily. With WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste I have successfully made so many types of dish such as Green Curry Spaghetti, Green Curry dish, Green Curry Quiche and Pizza, you can find all of the recipes on the blog.
Ingredients:
2 Flour Tortilla (8″ or 20cm)
75gr Mozarella Cheese (Grated)
3 tbspn WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste
1 Tomato
2 Jalapeno Chili
30 gr Onion (Sliced)
60 gr Sausage (Sliced)
Egg (Optional)
Instruction:
1. Preheat the oven to 210 C.
2. Put aluminium foil on top of baking tray.
3. Place the tortilla in the baking tray, spread WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste evenly, sprinkle with cheese.
4. Arrange the toppings.
5. Bake for 10-15minutes until the cheese and tortilla are slightly browned.
I chose some vegetables with beef sausage for the toppings, you can go as wild as you want with any toppings, for example by adding egg just like mine or you can even try making sweet version of pizza with sweet toppings such as nutella banana and cheese, etc.
After baking it, you won’t even realize that the pizza is made from flour tortilla. The flour tortilla magically turns into a yummy thin Italian style pizza, delizioso! Let’s cook!
Fyi, WORLDFOODS cooking sauce can be found easily at any supermarket such as Food Hall, Giant, Grand Lucky, Hero, Hypermart, Kemchicks, Lotte Mart, Ranch Market,Yogya, etc. For other stores and detailed information click

Spicy Beef Salad with Thai dressing IDR 110k
Grilled beef with mixed lettuce, red and green chili, cucumber, carrot and pineapple. The ingredients were fresh and crunchy, while the sauce was a bit too strong for me.
Seared Lamb Shank with Mashed Potatoes and Demi Glace Sauce IDR 150k
Tender lamb shank served with mashed potato, mixed vegetables and homemade slowly cooked demi glace sauce.
Seabass Comfit with Garbanzo Bean Spanish Style IDR 250k

Salmon Grilled with Avocado Mash, Mushroom, and Saffron Sauce IDR 220k Grilled Salmon with avocado, mushroom, saffron and zucchini
Black Ink Pasta with Free Ranch Chicken and Tomato Cherries IDR 120k
The seasoning of this homemade pasta was super gooood, tasty yet light with a bit of tangy flavor thanks to the use of tomato cherries, but on the other side the pasta was over cooked.
Churros with Chocolate and Dulce de Leche sauce IDR 60k
Homemade churros was also great, crunchy, puffyu light and not greasy. The dulce de leche (caramelized milk sauce) was soo addicting.

Since the beginning of this year, there’s a new Japanese dessert shop opened at Gandaria City, Tai-Parfait.
Tai-Parfait stands for Taiyaki and Parfait. Most of you might already know that Taiyaki is a traditional Japanese fish-shaped pancake and here at Tai-Parfait they combine the taiyaki with various ice cream parfait toppings.
If you order Taiyaki itself without any additional toppings cost IDR 16k per piece with 4 different selection of filling Chocolate, Matcha, Azuki and Custard cream. But of course the most interesting aspect from Tai-Parfait is the cute appearance and kawaii combination with the toppings rite, that’s why AnakJajan didn’t order any Taiyaki without toppings.
The toppings selections are plentiful with various ice cream, sweet cream and fruits. FYI, they use Haagen-Dazs ice cream here.
Tai-Parfait Matcha & Azuki with Matcha Ice Cream IDR 43k
This variant comes with ice cream, Matcha sweet cream and Azuki or red bean toppings. You can request any filling for your taiyaki, AnakJajan chose Matcha cream. The matcha cream was tasty, it was smooth, delicate and not too sweet.
Taiyaki dough was interesting and has a very nice aroma. It didn’t taste similar with any taiyaki AnakJajan ever had, this one was chewy but in a good way while crunchy on the outside and also not overly sweet.
One thing that really bothers me is the messiness while eating it, they only serve it with one small thin paper cup. It gets very messy when you bite it and the filling cream burst out.
Tai-Parfait Strawberry Caramel IDR 43k
There are two option of ice cream for this variant, with Original Ice Cream IDR 33k or IDR 43k with Soft Serve Ice Cream
custard cream. AnakJajan chose soft serve ice cream, the soft serve was super milky yet very light and AnakJajan enjoyed it a lot. While for the filling we had custard cream, it was okay, we prefer the matcha cream more than this one.
Overall Tai-Parfait offers a new and unique type of snack/ dessert, the taste was good but a lil bit too small for the price imho. Let’s Jajan!!

Yesterday AnakJajan and foodie friends visited new Japanese restaurant at PIK literally on its first day of opening, Yamatoten Abura Soba.
It’s located at the same row with Mottomoo, Cake a Boo and Seorae.
This franchise restaurant from Tokyo Japan serves Japanese style of dry noodle or soupless ramen as their main menu, the menu available is quite limited with 4 types of noodle dish, 1 rice dish and several side dishes.
Soft Broiled Pork Idr 43k
It was a tender, well seasoned and freaking juicy pork belly!! But on the other side it was toooo sinful with more fat than meat.
Abura Soba Idr 59k
This original version of Abura Soba is seasoned with oil and shoyu seasoning then topped with spring onion, bamboo shoot, dried seaweed, sesame seed and roast pork. Seasoning was light and comfortable while the roast pork itself was super tender and juicy.
The best way to enjoy Abura Soba is to add 2 rounds of vinegar and chili oil available on every table, mix it well and enjoy it while it’s hot.
Karami Ontama Abura Soba Idr 68k
Spicy version from Original Abura Soba with spicy miso sauce and half boiled egg or onsen tamago. Mix vinegar and chili oil just like the original Abura Soba with the egg well and you’ll get spicy, bold, savory yet creamy seasoning.
Jya Jya Abura Soba Idr 68k
Rich and thick soybean paste with choice of minced chicken or pork as is the main star this dish, it tasted sweet yet savory and reminded me of Korean jajangmyun.
By the way I haven’t tell you about the noodle yet, it is thick style of noodle just like the one you usually find at Tsukemen Ramen with springy texture, very nice!!
Overall AnakJajan had a pleasant and satisfying meal here. I can see myself visiting this place for many times in the future.

Great texture of sushi rice and fresh raw fish with delicate and springy texture. Size of the toppings was pretty satisfying, it was not as thin as and as small as other sushi chain.
Supreme Sea Eel Sushi IDR 70k/ piece
Spicy Salmon Inari IDR 19k/ piece
Me likey! We love the aburaage or deep fried tofu bag they use here, it was thicker than the usual we found.
Fatty Salmon Sashimi IDR 33k/ 3 slices
Roasted Salmon with Cheese IDR 12k/ piece
Roasted Salmon with Cod Fish IDR 13k
Roasted Salmon Roll IDR 38k/ 2 rolls
If you are not not comfortable with raw sushi, you can try their Roasted sushi, nigiri sushi topped with various roasted toppings just like roasted salmon sushi below. The salmon was lightly roasted and still manage to maintain its tender texture.
Sakura Mini Don ISR 58k
Sushi rice topped with fish roe, zucchini, octopus, salmon, tamagoyaki. Very nice.
Tiger Prawn with Curry Roll IDR 74k
Sushi roll with tiger prawn tempura filling and toped with funky flavor of curry topping that reminded us with the taste of wasabi.
Talking about the service, three of my friends who visited Itacho at different times complained about their slow and bad service but we didn’t experience any of that, the service was fine and prompt. It’s either they are improving or it was not too crowded.
Overall AnakJajan were satisfied the taste of sushi here at Itacho, the quality and freshness itself was quite good. Let’s Jajan!!

Most of you might already heard about Pasar Santa. It is a traditional market at South Jakarta that has sucessfully turned into one of the must visit hip hangout spot for culinary at Jakarta.
Last Sunday AnakJajan and #JKTfoodies friends visited Pasar Santa with one and only mission, to EAT :) AnakJajan always love hanging out with our crazy foodie friends that have the same passion and hobby with us. We tried quite a lot of food at Pasar Santa and I decided to share with you our ‘jajan’ diary at Pasar Santa.
Pasar Santa is located very close to Senopati & Gunawarman especially Wolter Monginsidi road, simply turn left after Total Buah Wolter Monginsidi near Wu Jang Gun and then turn left again on the first turn, drive for around 50m and you will arrive at the destination.
Pasar Santa especially on the second floor now is now packed with various interesting shops opened by young and creative entrepreneurs. Most of the shop here sell food from appetizer to dessert, sweet to savory, but besides that you can also find non food shops such as barber shop, shoes, cloth, accessories, etc.
Coffee – Gayo Bies Kopi
Chocolate Caramel Sundae IDR 25k – Jang Manies
Soft cream with kitkat, coco crunch and caramel sauce. The ice cream was way too watery and not milky nor creamy enough.
Fruit Choux with Diplomat Cream IDR 15k – Sepotong Kue
Puff pastry dough topped with creamy custard cream and fruits. Not overly sweet, very tasty and recommended!
Pork Green Chili Fried Rice IDR 42k – Legoh
The fried pork belly was tasty and well seasoned. The fried rice itself has a potential to be tasty but unfortunately I think they directly fry the rice with green chili without adding any additional seasoning because it tasted plain and need more seasoning such as salt.
Fried Chicken with Rica Sambal – Legoh
Battered fried chicken with rica seasoning in medium spicy level. The chicken was crunchy and tasty but way too spicy for my liking :D
Skewer – Fat Boy
Regular skewer with sweet savory sauce.
Waffle with Green Tea Ice Cream
Average waffle with Di*mond green tea ice cream, typical ice cream used at Taiwanese dessert just like HongTang.
Hotdog – D.O.G Dudes of Gourmet
The shop immediately crowded with huge line of queue as soon as they open at 3pm. The Hotdog is very appealing with black bun and yellow sauce but for me personally it tasted just okay and a bit overrated. The only highlight would be the juicy tasty sausage. Bun itself was okay it will be nicer it they toast the bread too.
Claypot Rice IDR 25k – Claypot Po Po
After having some okay food, we finally had an awesome one Claypot Po Po. At first I thought it will be similar with typical claypor rice at Singapore but this one was totally different and new for us. Rice was cooked inside clay pot and then covered with thick egg tofu gravy and then topped with corn, carrot and beef/chicken as for the egg you can request fully cooked or raw egg.
Mix all of the ingredients well and you will get creamy thick consistency just like porridge. It was tasty and seasoned very well and definitely the highlight from our trip, in fact I’m craving for it already.
[TIPS]
If you are a first timer at Pasar Santa, here’s some tips for you:
Wear casual, comfortable and thin cloth and shoes. This is a market and not a mall, so there is no air conditioning or elevator.
Weekend afternoon around 2-3pm might be the best time to visit because most of the shops here tend to open in the afternoon.
Opening hours on each shop is different, if you have any specific shop you want to visit it is the best if you confirm the opening hours by checking their social media account first.
Visit with a group of friends just like us so you can share and try the food as much as you can.
Parking space is very limited since this is a market and not a mall once again. We recommend you to gather with your friends first and then come together in one car, or maybe using public transportation.
Overall our ‘jajan’ experience at Pasar Santa was super fun, we love how innovative and varied the products offered here. We can see that this trend is kinda evolving and who knows maybe there will be another ‘Pasar Santa’ soon. Let’s Jajan!!

Durian Iced Tea IDR 15k M / IDR 18k L, Pineapple Juice IDR 16k M/ IDR 18k L

Juicy Lucy IDR 55k
This burger is sooo sexy!! Just look at the melting cheese oozing from the beef patty!!
The thick beef patty was filled with cheddar cheese in the middle before grilling it to medium to get a tender juicy beef patty. Awesome!! Btw you make it combo with additional IDR 15k for M or IDR 18k L fries and drink.
Fried Cheese Burger IDR 50k
The bun itself was different because they use deep fried bun for this burger with crunchy exterior while still soft inside filled with beef patty, cheddar cheese, lettuce and sauce. AnakJajan enjoyed the tangy kick from the secret sauce they used in this burger, it made the fried burger not too heavy at all. If only they use beef patty with oozing melting cheese inside just like Juicy Lucy for this burger, it will be an unbeatable combination.
Fiery Chicken Rice IDR 35k
Burgerous also offers plentiful selection of rice menu with different toppings. AnakJajan tried with Fiery Chicken Rice consist of buttered rice, mixed veggies, deep fried chicken filler and their homemade fiery sauce. The sauce was actually fiery, super spicy but still in the manageable level of spiciness for us. I personally love the rice here, it was buttered savory with a nice aroma of herbs.
Fries M IDR 17k or L IDR 20k (free 1 Sauce)
The fries itself were already seasoned and taste delicious without any sauce. But the dipping sauces are something that you must not miss.
There are 6 types of dipping sauces available here Aioli, Calypso, Mixed Berry, Honey Mustard, Pepper Chipotle and CheeseIDR 5k/ sauce. AnakJajan tried all of the sauces except cheese. All of the sauces have its own unique flavor just like our favorite sweet Honey Mustard, fruity sweet tangy Mixed Berry and spicy creamy Pepper Chipotle.
AnakJajan highly recommend you to try it because the fries tasted even better with their special homemade dipping sauces, sooo good!!
French Toast with Ice Cream IDR 40k
Two slices of French toast with two different fillings, kaya jam and peanut butter. Ice cream itself was one of a kind, it was actually Kopyor coconut ice cream, so aromatic yet light and perfectly balance the rich french toast.
Overall Burgerous offers nice burger and amazing fries dipping sauce with affordable price. If you happen to be around west Jakarta area, this place can be your ultimate choice to satisfy your burger craving. Lets’ Jajan!!

The soft ice cream here has unique flavors such as Vanilla, Green Tea, Taro, Cream Soda, Strawberry Candy and more flavors coming soon with 3 types of cone Black Charcoal, Cream Soda and Pink Rosecone. I personally love the eye-catching color combination between sweet pastel color soft cream and colorful homemade cone.
Fyi, if you are wondering where BC’s cone is, it is located rukan crown golf ex B*babits building.
Artsy Cone – As Gold As You IDR 28k
Soft cream cone with caramel popcorn and salted caramel sauce injection. You can choose which soft cream flavor and homemade ice cream cone you want, I had mine with Cream Soda and Black Charcoal cone.
The Cream Soda soft cream was soft, light and not overly creamy, it has a unique soda flavor that reminded me of sarparilla soda, tasted even better when I injected with the sweet yet savory caramel sauce.
Artsy Palette platter set IDR 55k
6 flavors or mini ice cream with different toppings in one set. The mini ice cream is slightly smaller than regular one but considering this set is consist of 6 cones of ice cream, it is freaking affordable for IDR 55k. If you are curious and want to try as many flavors as you can then this set is the best choice.
Parfait – Lick It Loops IDR 32k
Lick It Loops parfait consist of fruity pebbles, mochi, strawberry, popping candy and strawberry sauce injection for fruity taste. And for the ice cream I chose Taro & GreenTea twist flavor, love the creamy aroma from Taro soft cream.
Aloha Surfers! IDR 35k
Shaved ice with syrup, fruits, nata de coco and topped with Strawberry Candy Softcream.
Overall BC’s Cone offers colorful yet fun soft ice cream not to mention the affordable price it can be your new option for dessert at PIK area. Let’s Jajan!!

Suppli alla Romana IDR 54k
This is a homemade fried risotto balls coated with breadcrumbs and filled with mozarella. Look at the gorgeous melting mozarella cheese inside, sexy isn’t it?? The risotto was interesting with tangy and savory tomato seasoning, it made this whole dish balance and not too heavy at all.
Parpadelle Verdi Ai Funghi IDR 84k
Our all time favorite pasta ever at Trattoria!! We highly recommend you to try this menu, it is homemade spinach parpadelle pasta with creamy mushroom sauce. Parpadelle is a broad flat pasta noodle, they added green color made from natural ingredients for this menu. The pasta was perfectly cooked al-dente while creamy mushroom sauce was very fragrant, savory, creamy but not too heavy. Sooo good!!
Schiacciata Ripiena IDR 88k
Pizza is also a must try menu here because it is handmade by their Italian chef. The pizza dough here is thin, typical authentic Italian Pizza. AnakJajan had Schiacciata Ripiena which was double layer pizza dough with mozarella cheese, ham and fresh spinach for the filling.
Nutella Panna Cotta IDR 65k
For me it was nutella with pannacota texture literally, smooth panna cotta with full of rich chocolatey nutty flavor in it. A lil bit sweet for my liking but delicious. A must have dessert for Nutella lovers.
Tiramisu al Caffe IDR 59k
You could never go wrong with tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert. This was a great cup of tiramisu, very light and not overly sweet I can finish the whole cup myself.
Overall, Trattoria – St. Moritz is one of my favorite spot when it comes to affordable Italian cuisine with great quality and taste at west Jakarta area. They surely make a great authentic Italian cuisine not war :) Let’s Jajan!!

Well weekend is coming, let’s jajan and have some sweetooth!!
What’s your favorite street food at Bandung?? What kind of food that you always buy from Bandung for your relatives?? Well, AnakJajan have an awesome recommendation for you. That is Martabak Nikmat Andir Bandung!!
AnakJajan and foodie friends had an awesome staycation at Hilton Bandung last week (will share about it later) and we had the TASTIEST Martabak ever at Martabak Andir!!
Martabak is Indonesian style sweet pancake with various filling just like cheese, peanut, chocolate. But recently Martabak itself has been evolving into the next level, first with new unique filling such as Nutella, Ovomaltine, etc then the batter itself now also available in innovative flavoring such as greentea, pandan, red velvet or taro.
Here at Martabak Andir you can find various unique Martabak batter such as red for Red Velvet, purple for Taro or green for greentea / pandan. Besides the regular Martabak you can also order Tipis Kering, the thin crunchy version.
Fyi, the owner is super friendly. He was super accomodating in helping us arranging the martabak so we can take as instagenic picture as we can :D
Martabak Taro Keju IDR 78k
The purple color batter came from Taro extract. I love the fact that they use butter instead of margarine and also they don’t add any additional sugar into the batter that’s why it tasted buttery and not as sweet as the usual martabak we had.
The martabak was not too heavy as well because it was not too thick and also not too greasy with just the right amount of butter added.
Martabak Pandan Jagung Keju IDR 75k
This one was absolutely the champion and of course instagenic. Green martabak batter with pandan extract and yellow juicy canned corn mixed into the batter then topped with grated cheese and condensed milk.
The pandan flavoring was super fragrant and it tasted even better when the sweetness and juiciness from corn burst into our mouth, heaven!!
Instead of brownies or pisang molen, you should totally consider bringing this awesome Martabak Andir as souvenir for your relatives. What do you think?? Let’s Jajan!!

Entering Hide & Seek Swillhouse just like entering time machine into the past. The vintage interior concept is fascinating, it is inspired by steampunk technology from 1800.
This place is just sooo handsome! AnakJajan love how well they combine leather couch, dark wooden furniture and vintage machine gear together.
Soybean Truffle Tangy Salad IDR 75k
Fruits and vegetables salad topped with crunchy soybean or tempeh crumble and truffle oil.
Jack Daniel’s Coke Chicken Wings (8pcs) IDR 79k
The fried chicken wings were with Jack Daniel’s bourbon infused and sweet Cola glazed then served with sweet tangy orange dipping sauce. This whole dish only tasted sweet without any saltiness at all, it was kinda funky and weird for us having 100% sweet chicken wings, however this dish has a great potential if only they added a lil bit of salt into the flour batter.
Truffle Chestnut Soup IDR 67k
Hearty bowl of soup, love the smooth texture and comfortness in it but the chestnut chunk was kinda turn off because it was chewy.
Roasted Chicken Half with Asian Barbeque Sauce IDR 75k
Roasted organic chicken marinated with Asian BBQ sauce and then serve with yellow basmati raisin rice. Chicken was nicely roasted, it was tender yet juicy and seasoned very well.
Chinese Style Pork Belly Confit IDR 157k
The pork belly confit was ahmazing!! Freaking juicy and tender with crunchy crackling skin. It was serve with aromatic couscous.
Country Style Roasted Chicken Half IDR 75k
Roasted organic Chicken with chicken gravy and sauteed baby potatoes.
Baked Norwegian Salmon Fillet IDR 139k
Baked salmon with goma glazed (black sesame), caramelized butternut pumpkin and aromatic rice pilaf. AnakJajan love how they manage to cook the salmon perfectly with nice pink juicy tender center.
Truffle Cream Orchiette with Pork Belly IDR 105k
This was my favorite, Orchiette pasta cooked with truffle fream, parmesan and pork belly!! Pasta was nicely cooked while the creamy sauce was nice and not too heavy at all with tender pork belly, heaven! AnakJajan high recommend this menu. Fyi besides pork belly you can also choose salmon too.
Hide & Seek offers wide range of whiskey, cognacs and bourbon, you can also find signature cocktails with unique mixture and catchy names.
Hide and Seek IDR 77k
Vodka, apple juice, kaffir leaves, ginger, lychee fruit and elder flower syrup. Tasted way too funky for me personally.
Gentlemen’s Dessert IDR 125k
Rum, cream liqueur, coffee liqueur and tiramisu cream. Love it! Not only gentlemen, but ladies also enjoyed it!
Apple Steampunk IDR 115k
Gin, cointreau, apple fruit, lemon juice and mint syrup. This is one of the strongest cocktail here, very fruity and refreshing.
Overall, AnakJajan give 100 for the ambience here, while the food some were awesome while some still need a bit improvement. Let’s Jajan!!
